What a note carries

A note sent through the form contains your name, the contacts you entered and the fields you filled in: the listing concerned, what should change, where to check it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page come with it. One hidden field, which people never see, is there only to catch automated spam.

How notes are used

A form service holds the notes until the editors read them at the next revision. They are used only to check and make the change; a sender hears back only if the note asks for it and leaves a way to reply. Names and contacts never appear on the site and are never sold or passed on to the academy, club or organiser concerned; the list of changes records a change, never who sent it.

Counting visits

Page views are tallied by a short script that this site serves from its own domain. No cookie is set, and nobody is tracked from one site to the next. A view records the page, the page that linked to it, the browser, the type of device and the country taken from the request; only totals are ever looked at.

Nothing fetched from elsewhere

These pages load no advertising, social buttons or outside trackers, and fetch no fonts, maps or images from other servers. Source and map links lead off this site, to pages that keep privacy rules of their own. Technical traces such as IP addresses reach the hosting company only to the extent that serving the pages requires.

Your rights

Any note you sent can be corrected or erased at your request: write again through the form, using the same name and contact, and say what you want done. The change is made when notes are next read, and you get a reply if you ask for one and leave a contact. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection, and for visitors from the European Union the GDPR, give you these rights.
